This is designated for individuals to process their thoughts and work toward their goals. Typically, sessions are bi-weekly.

Couples therapy
This is for marriage, dating, engagement, domestic partnerships, or long term partnerships. Similar to individual therapy but the focus is on the relationship.

Adolescent therapy
For ages 12 to 17, the focus is on helping you work through the challenges of adolescent hood, becoming a young adult, and moving into adulthood.

Sliding Fee
Insurance
For individuals unable to pay full rate due to financial limitations, I offer a sliding fee scale. To learn if you qualify, you can find my Sliding Fee Policy, Application, and Rates on my Forms page under Additional Forms.
Although I am primarily self-pay, I do have limited spots for clients with the following insurances:
Aetna
United Healthcare
Oxford
Oscar Health
For all other insurances I am considered Out Of Network (OON). I can provide you with a superbill which you can submit to your insurance on your own. Depending on your specific plan, you may or may not receive reimbursement some or all of your out of pocket cost.
